We are an intelligence-driven counter-human trafficking organization. As callous as it sounds, we believe most traffickers exploit people for one reason: because it makes money. In order to defeat them, we start by learning how their business works–how it’s organized, how it operates, and what drives profit. By analyzing a trafficker’s business, we can identify its vulnerabilities, create risk, and strategically disrupt it.
Our diverse team leverages skills honed in the intelligence community, data analytics, financial services industry, and victim service provision. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Northern Virginia and work with partners across the United States.
We believe an effective approach to counter-human trafficking requires a network of partners with diverse strengths. As retired four-star General Stanley McChrystal once wrote, “To defeat a networked enemy we had to become a network ourselves.”
